Suzlon energy denied the rumor of a Spanish company buying a stake in the company on Tuesday, which helped the stock of the company rise to the month’s high on BSE and NSE.
The stock has been underperforming despite the company getting decent amount of contracts in the recent past.
With an increase in the volumes of shares traded to 1.4 crore shares being traded on the BSE, compared to its two-week average figure of about 56 lakh shares, the stock rose from Rs. 54 after opening to touch an high of Rs. 57 and finally ending at Rs. 56.
