Talwalkars LISTS AT Rs 147.95 on NSE

On the National Stock Exchange Mumbai based Talwalkars Better Value Fitness has listed at Rs 147.95 as against issue price of Rs 128. The share opened at Rs 138 and was trading at Rs 156.40, on the BSE. It was opened during April 21 – 23, with 60.5 Lakh issue and was subscribed 28.39 times with a price band at Rs 123 – 128 per share. With foreign institutional investors , making a beeline for the IPO, the IPO got a strong response from investors with the current share price of Rs 151.50 discounts the company’s year ended March 2009 EPS of Rs 1.50 by the PE multiple of 101.
