Tata Tea to focus more on Pakistan, Bangladesh

Tata Tea is looking forward to improve its presence in neighboring countries, Pakistan and Bangladesh. According to Tata Tea officials, the company is aiming to capture 10% of the market share in these countries.

In next two years the Indian company is eyeing to improve its stand in the packaged tea market in both countries.

Executive Director of Tata Tea, Mrs. Sangeeta Talwar has informed that the company is working on to improve its distribution networks in Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Tata Tea net profit rises 489.27 Percent to Rs 258.04 crore in Qtr ending September 2009 for the financial year 2009-2010 compated to Rs 43.79 crore in qtr ending September 2008.
