Dutch, Nigerians to use full-body scans for flights

THE HAGUE (Reuters) - The Netherlands and Nigeria said on Wednesday they would use full-body scanners at airports after a failed Christmas Day attack on a U.S.-bound plane by a 23-year-old Nigerian suspect who passed through both countries.

If an ‘alien’ could so shake our psyche and provoke such an hasty reaction from the people, the Press and most disappointing the Nigerian government through its cronies like Dr. Demuren of the NCAA, i wonder what the attitude would be should a Nigerian be involved in such an heinous act. Yes, Nigerians love money and affluence but not death. A true Nigerian WILL NEVER choose to end his/her life for such a cause. The true son, patriot and Nigerian is the father of the suspect; who alerted months ealier all the relevant authorities of his son’s character change but none heeded it. Were the suspect to have enstrapped the bomb in Nigaria, escaping through all our security checks perhaps by now Dr. Demuren would have declared all Nigerians unfit to journey abroad in their own land.Please celebrate the father but not the son.
